Hello, I'm Shiro. I live in Hokkaido, Japan. I'll be sharing delicious Japanese food with all of you! Today I ate Japanese instant noodles. Tonkotsu ramen is one of the most popular types of ramen in Japan. Thin noodles with broth made from pork bones are absolutely delicious. Sadly, I forgot to add the seasoning oil until halfway. Never forget to add the oil, everyone. The toppings are marinated egg, pork, wood ear mushroom, red pickled ginger, and green onions. My favorite is the red pickled ginger.
