Hey there 🤍 If you’re experiencing an anxiety or panic attack, this is for you 🫶🏻 You can expect breathing, grounding, and mindfulness excercises. I’ll be asking you to focus on your environment and lead you through some belly breathing. There will also be an assortment of triggers including hand movements, tapping, and fabric sounds/scratching. Anxiety can feel so overwhelming so just want to remind you that you’re not alone and it’ll be okay.
