In this session, I’m working with Ruth, a reflexologist who truly understands just how powerful a good foot massage can be. When someone spends their life working with feet and pressure points, they know the difference between a quick rub… and a treatment that genuinely changes how the body feels. In this slow, deliberate foot massage, I focus on two key areas. First, the tight muscles and fascia that can contribute to foot pain, stiffness, and issues such as plantar fasciitis. These areas often hold far more tension than we realise, especially if you’re on your feet a lot, walking long distances, or carrying stress through your lower body. Alongside the physical work, I also spend time on reflexology and pressure points, helping to balance energy, calm the nervous system, and guide the body toward a deeper state of rest.
