So Alien, you're alive... and it's your lucky day (well, until the 25 minute mark anyway) because this doctor means you no harm. Instead, she wants to understand you, make sure you aren't hurt and to see if you can communicate. Along the way there are a few different attempts at communication and some personal attention to make sure you are OK.
