Hi guys! Kinda excited kinda scared for this video as it is something new. Yes, you hear it right away as the video starts and that's a clock ticking! Please let me know how does it work for you - is it relaxing? Are the hand movements and sounds I tried to mix with the ticking doing the job? Or is it a total no-no? 😂 I tried to make some interesting patterns and breaking them along with the ticking. Share your thoughts! Today I will have a short word about self-control and willpower. A simple everyday situation. I know I am addicted to chocolate. It's not that that I have to eat it or eat it every other day. It's the fact that once I have a bowl of chocolates placed in front of me, even if I do not want to eat it, my hand will eventually reach out and take one. Then I think to myself "okay, just one, I'm done". But! After 5 mins I take another. And it goes on an on until I do not put the bowl anywhere that's is not on my sight 😂. However I think to myself that having a will to put it away so it doesn't tempt you is already a big achievement! Remember, baby steps. I defenitely have to work on my willpower once I have a chocolate in front of me - motivated and ready! Since that day I will try not to eat chocolate not because it just simply is put on my way but only when I just sincerely want to enjoy it - but also only little pieces 😂 becaue sometimes once I start... well.
