The comeback of the exercise mat everybody! I was just exercising to give a vent to all the stress from useless thoughts and I thought why not make a shortie with this mat once again ^^ Also I really recommend to just go for a jog or exercise home for at least 30 mins when you start to stress over things or start to have thousands thoughts on every single little thing. After the work out all of that just flows away and you just feel super fresh thanks to all the precious hormones secreted in the meantime which make you all easy-going, healthy and keep you young :D Enjoy the tingles Good nighties!
