On the menu today: crunchy tacos! Here's what I used to make/assemble my tacos: ~Store-bought crunchy taco shells ~Vegan 'minced beef' and beans mixture: Funky Fields brand plant mince from Woolworths Australia cooked with some sauteed onion and garlic, packet-mix taco seasoning, tomato paste and kidney beans ~Tofutti brand vegan sour cream ~Fresh lettuce ~Fresh tomato ~Tabasco sauce As always, thank you for watching! ❤️
