Welcome to the Cozy Hospital! You've been brought into our emergency department by paramedics after having an extreme asthma attack. Dr. Cozy and her intern Megan will do an initial exam. Since your oxygen sats are still pretty low, Megan will start bagging you (1:06) but when that doesn't raise them enough, Dr. Cozy will intubate (3:49). The doctors will take a chest x-ray (5:46) that shows fluid in your left lung so the Dr Cozy will place a chest tube (8:08). Afterward, the doctors will continue to monitor and examine you until you can be moved up to the critical care floor.
