Hellooo, what's happening~ it's been a while since a neat lil pseudoscience video! Today's video is on the Bowen therapy, which is kinda like massage (it looks a lot like massage) and energy work but not. It feels very pre-mainstream chiropractic, like back when chiro used to be much more metaphysical. I'll be assessing your body & working on both your back & front with a rolling movement used by Bowen practitioners. There is a little bit of soft music during the actual session, I'll be putting a no music version on Patreon for those who are on there :) I did my best to explain what I could, it's a little difficult to understand unless you use a lot of woo-woo words haha.
