A daily yoga practice for digestion, release and integration! This practice focuses on forward folds and twists to activate samana and apana vayu, located in the mid abdomen. These flows of energy govern the downward release of energetic and physical matter making them the perfect support for bloating and constipation. Normally I would do pranayama and meditation at both the start and end of a sequence but I wanted this practice to be accessible for a busy schedule.
