First of all I'm going to remove the little bugs and then I'm going to do a thorough scalp check with my medical instruments to see what degree of infestation we're talking about. Fortunately it's only a mild infestation, but of course it's important that I'm going through your hair with my lice combs section by section to make sure we remove everything. Beside a lot of medical instruments & other tingly tools and different lice combs, there will also be a lot of plucking, picking, palpating, breathy whispering and the sound of gloves of course💖.
