概要
It is the first of the seven chakras. It is located at the base of the spine and is associated with the color red, connecting us to the Earth as well as our physical and emotional security. It is responsible for our survival instinct, our self-confidence, and our sense of safety in the world. When this chakra is in balance, we feel safe and stable in our lives. We are able to face life's challenges with confidence and security. However, when this chakra is out of balance, we may feel insecure and afraid.
