I have seen a lot of people comment that they love LoFi video and audio and that it gives the best tingles so I wanted to give it a try! When I searched LoFi videos Mic Nibbling was the most popular topic so I started there! If you don’t like wet mouth sounds I apologize, please don’t be upset or unsubscribe! ASMR stands for: Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. This is just a fancy name for a tingly or calming sensation caused by different sounds/visuals that we call "triggers". Most people have their favorite type of "triggers" that help cause the sensation. Whether it be visual like lights moving, hand gestures etc. or sounds such as whispering, soft speaking, tongue clicking and more. ASMR typically will cause a tingly sensation in people that starts at the head and moves down the neck and to the shoulders. However, if you don't experience this sensation it doesn't mean ASMR isn't for you! ASMR is great for helping people calm down, de-stress, relax, helps with anxiety, depression, insomnia and so much more!!
