Today I wanted to create a special comfort zone in this ASMR session for people with ADHD, autism or anxiety. With special effects and non-stop triggers, I will try to relax you, distract you and make you feel safe. I made this session specifically for you to think of it as an escape or comfort zone that you can use in any crisis or when you don't feel well. Yes, this is a compilation video of my old sessions. But I can say that I spent hours adding special effects to some parts of my old videos, just like making a new video. Since I know how much you love the special effects that I've been using frequently lately, I thought this video would be a good opportunity. And here we are. First of all, I would like to explain to you what the definitions of the words in the video title are if you do not know. What is ADHD ADHD stands for Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder. It is a neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by persistent patterns of inattention, impulsivity, and hyperactivity that can interfere with daily functioning or development. ADHD is commonly diagnosed in childhood but can persist into adolescence and adulthood. Treatment often involves a combination of behavioral interventions, psychoeducation, and in some cases, medication. So this special session I'm doing will help draw your focus in one direction. So you can relax and refocus on what you need to do. What is Autism Autism, or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), is a neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by challenges in social interaction, communication difficulties, and repetitive behaviors. It is a spectrum disorder, meaning it varies widely in its presentation and severity among individuals. People with autism may have unique strengths and differences in sensory perception. Early intervention and support can significantly improve outcomes for individuals with autism. This is actually a definition I tried for the first time on my channel. I saw that I had a lot of followers with autism and I wanted to create a special session for them. I especially dedicate all the special effects I do to them. I love you, my special but so special friends! What is Anxiety Anxiety is a natural response to stress or danger, but when it becomes excessive and persistent, it can develop into a mental health disorder. Anxiety disorders involve excessive worry, fear, or apprehension that can interfere with daily life. Symptoms may include restlessness, fatigue, difficulty concentrating, irritability, muscle tension, and sleep disturbances. Treatment options often include therapy, medication, or a combination of both. This is actually a problem I often experience. So I know exactly how people who are trying to deal with this feel. I think this therapy will be very useful for myself and them. But do not forget. I am not an expert on this and this session cannot replace any treatment! I did not add timestamps to the video. Because it would be very difficult and ridiculous to categorize this video because it consists of so many short clips and different triggers. Anyway. I hope you feel much better after this session. Take care of yourself. And stay healthy! Disclaimer: This video contains ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) content, which is designed to induce a relaxing or tingling sensation in some viewers. I am not a Reiki master or healer and I am not a healthcare professional. So, this video cannot replace any medication or professional treatment. Business Inquiries/Collabs: [email protected]
