It manifests itself in countless ways for each person, but the vast majority experience chills in the back and head, tingling in the spine and legs, and even a very intense sluggishness, inducing drowsiness and making the person sleep. It can also control anxiety, reduce stress, calm people with depression, pregnant women, the sick, children, and anyone else susceptible to this wonderful phenomenon! It's worth noting that not everyone can experience it! Therefore, we may experience adverse reactions, such as irritability and nervousness. But it all varies greatly! You don't have to feel ASMR with all triggers, sometimes you just have one or two that give you goosebumps, others irritate you, and so on!
