Hey guys! Today I'm eating some yummy sugar cookies with a glass of cold soy milk. This cookie recipe is by one of my favourite vegan food bloggers and was initially supposed to be a Christmas-themed cookie. I decided at the last minute to dress them with pink icing and sprinkles instead because all I had in the way of Christmassy decorations were red and green food colouring.
