ASMR Whisper ~ The Binaural Microphone That Isn't / Prank Video Discussion

NOTE: I spent an hour outside mowing, weed-eating, and bagging up grass clippings before coming in and making this video (all in the evening after working all day), so please be kind with respect to my appearance in this thing. I didn't get gussied up beforehand because I was just freaking TIRED. OK, yes, I bought this binaural microphone a while back. I said I'd make a video with it soon. That turned out to be a big fat lie. I bought several adapters before I found one that would work properly...but then I realized that it only worked if I was recording just audio, not using it with my Logitech webcam. I talked with the folks who created this microphone on the phone several times to try to solve this problem. I've spent hours and hours trying in vain to get it to work, and nothing has worked, so I'm officially giving up. It's going back to the manufacturer tomorrow along with the $70 adapter that I had to buy to get it to work at all. Several people said they were anxiously awaiting a video from me featuring the binaural microphone, so...here it is. Only, it's not binaural. I'm truly sorry about that. Believe me when I say that I wanted this thing to work. I truly did. But even the manufacturer couldn't make it work. I'll find another microphone one day, and by golly, we'll get it to work. This one just ain't it. I apologize for the disappointment. Oh, and I discussed the status of my day job, too.
