Hi guys! Today I'm eating gnocchi with the most delicious pomodoro sauce! Instead of heavy cream I used cashew cream (water and raw cashew blended) and, for the cheese, I used a vegan cheddar-style version by the brand Bio (available at Coles and Woolworths). *Doesn't gnocchi contain egg? Most dried and packaged gnocchi from the supermarket is eggless (like dried pasta). Just check the ingredients on the back if you are unsure.
