In this fast pace ASMR hypnosis I will demonstrate a breathing technique that will help you to balance your nervous system and improve attention and promote relaxation and sleep. Being less responsive to sensory information (hyposensitivity) is common in those with ADHD, Autism and other neurodivergent problems. These brains of these individuals have been shown to release less dopamine in response to sensory stimuli the neurotypical brain, this means those with hyposensitivity are constantly seeking out more intense sensory experiences to help them to engage with and stay focused in the world.
