Hi lovelies ❤️ Welcome back to our safe place 🤗 I think I'm going to premiere this just so that we can hang out in the live chat incase anyone feels like it! :-) Last night I was inspired to make this for you at the last minute - Since I had been feeling a bit anxious (actually for no particular reason, I could just feel it in my tummy and body if that makes sense). So I watched some hypnosis style asmr videos and it truly helped me feel calm and zen - which made me immediately want to create and try and pass on that same feeling for you. Some of the triggers in this video were inspired by the ones used in this video by Karuna Satori: (I have watched this video loads of times, it really helps me calm down) • ASMR Eye Movement Desensitization & Reproc...
