It spreads like wildfire through the mind and body. I've been struggling with insomnia because of it too. ASMR helps a lot, so does meditating and writing. I've been reflecting a lot getting to the root of things and I found that I love and crave consistency in my life these days. (wow I never thought I would say that). Even though it's hard for me at times. I also found that prioritizing my comfort when im anxious helps a lot.
