Hi my hungry dinosaurs, it's food again! Today I'm having super creamy pumpkin pasta! Let me tell you, I love pumpkin but I'm not that much into pumpkin soups. So I was a bit worried when trying the pumpkin puree for my sauce. :D But this totally convinced me! The puree doesn't taste too much like pumpkin and in combination with sage, all the other seasonings and soy cream this is just a perfect sauce for me. 😻 I want more lol.
