Hi folks! I hadn't tried my hand at a guided relaxation video yet so I thought i'd whip open the camera and mic and give it a whirl! I've added 2 subtle improvements to my work! 1) Tried to address some of the background noises by putting in a little more work to the audio post shoot 2) I finally switched round the audio lines, so the ear i'm talking into should now match up! :) Standard apology section I think i'm concentrating a little too hard on creating a story in my head and some of those thoughts creep into my face! I hope it is still relaxing :) | ASMR is essentially a made up acronym (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response ) used to describe that tingly / buzzing feeling you may have experienced in your head or running down your spine. The sensation can be triggered by personal attention, tutorials, sounds etc. If you are discovering "ASMR" videos for the first time, their primary purpose is just to relax and almost always to send the listener to sleep. |
