I hope the fact that I had to read this off of the script I wrote is not too detracting to the quality of the video, and I hope it is still relaxing. 画面を完全に消して聞きたい場合、ブラウザ上での再生は YouTube の仕様で停止します。YouTube アプリで開くと、バックグラウンド再生に対応した環境(YouTube Premium など)でそのまま聞けます。
