Remove clutter from the background when taking your pictures. It takes attention away from the item. Also, eBay has a new feature that will remove the background from your featured picture (though it doesn't work if you have anything near the item in the picture). Definitely try it out! It's amazing! Be very thorough in the description section. Mention every flaw or imperfection, and include pictures of the flaws. The buyer will be mad at you if you don't! Um...
