Hi my hungry dinosaurs, it's food again! Today I'm having Tteokbokki, a traditional dish from Korea. It's also called spicy Korean rice cake. So, I adapted the traditional recipe a bit to make it vegan and I omitted the red pepper powder since I can't handle this much spicy :D but of course, you can add that! I also added tofu which I really love! I've seen this dish for a while now on YouTube and finally I got the chance to get all the ingredients together, so that's why this video is all about Tteokbokki.
