I firstly introduce light touch through gentle skin tracing. I lightly trace her face, neck and shoulders with my long nails for a tingly relaxation session to prepare her for sleep. I also use hair play at times to relax her and make her sleepy 😊. During the second half of the video I include lots of Back tracing and face brushing as well as tracing her collar bones and chest with the brush.
