Hi there, it's food again! Today I'm having Sushi - but it's a banana roll! I smeared peanut butter on top and sprinkled the banana with cinnamon and pistachios. Pistachios and peanut butter are really rich in protein so this is a great high-protein snack if you are interested in eating enough protein. Eating one banana roll has 4-6g of protein, depending on how much peanut butter you use. I dipped the banana sushi in Canadian maple syrup which should resemble the "soy sauce".
