Overnight Oats Recipe: 1/4 cup rolled oats 1 tsp chia seeds (optional) 1/4 almond milk, or liquid of your choice 1 TBS of maple syrup 2 TBS of yogurt of your choice Top it off with fruit or topping of your choice Keep them refrigerated overnight then eat them throughout the week.
