Dryer (38) Hi everyone, It was definitely one of the most challenging sounds to make. When I came up with the idea of recording cracking ice cubes I didn't realise how hard it will be to bring it into being. Although my freezer was filled with ice cubes, none of them wanted to cooperate with me. I tried everything, from putting the ice cubes directly into boiling water, to changing their size. I have no idea what I was doing wrong. Fortunately I managed to extract some cracking sounds but not so many, and that's why there are much more sounds of rapidly melting ice. As for me the melting sound seems to be not so bad, maybe even better than the cracking itself. I don't really know whether it has any relaxing potential, but certainly it's interesting to listen to. I hope you like it. New album ''FLOATING DANDELIONS'' is already available on bandcamp! https://deepoceanofsounds.bandcamp.co... Includes 8 brand new tracks never uploaded on youtube. Soundtrack: 1.
