On the menu today: a delicious plate of plant-based spaghetti bolognese! Instead of using ground meat, I've used crumbled tofu prepared in a special manner to create a hearty and filling texture and flavour that I absolutely adore. For the tofu component of the dish, I used the method in this recipe: https://itdoesnttastelikechicken.com/... And for the sauce, I simply sauteed some garlic and onion in a little oil with dried oregano, chilli flakes, salt and sugar and then added some canned tomato. Add the prepared tofu to the bolognese sauce and cook for a few minutes (to further infuse the tofu with the flavour of the sauce), then serve with your cooked spaghetti.
