Hi all 🤗 Today I have some assorted ASMR triggers for sleep for you! There are plenty of mouth sounds, relaxing hand movements, personal attention, nail & teeth tapping… :) I switch between regular slow whispering, semi-inaudible whispering, and inaudible whispering as well. I use ASMR to sleep almost every night- so I hope I can help someone out there fall asleep with this ASMR sleep video 😴 PS! I tried something a little different with the audio- I played around with a denoiser to reduce the background/ white noise. However, I’m not sure if it did much (I unfortunately couldn’t do too much to the white noise without garbling my whispers). Let me know if you notice any difference, better or worse!
