Today i’ll be doing one of my most popular triggers on tiktok - lowering your brightness so you can sleep better :) i’ll be using a bunch of different tools (with satisfying sounds and camera touching) to slowly darken your screen over the course of the video, starting with a couple minutes of follow my instructions and followed by lots of eyes closed triggers!
