By using a combination of instruction, palpation, and massage on specific muscles and muscle groups, we're going to manually relax your entire body. So many of us don't realize we are unconsciously holding our muscles tense, so we are going to go bit by bit through some heavy hitters to relieve the tension. Throughout the video, I'm also going to check in on your heart rate and breathing with the stethoscope to make sure that your body is responding more and more to the relaxation, and some guided deep breathing to allow you to sink deeper into the relaxation.
