Today I wanted to do a second edition of my original “Nightmare Prevention”, the one with the exact same background and where I casually talk about crab sushi??? I don’t in this one though, however I do use hypnosis, and if you’re uncertain about it.. hypnosis is simple associating louder or softer sounds than what’s being spoken to you directly. It helps associate the brain with positive sounds and words similar to EMDR. Let me know how you like it!
