Work has been absolutely draining me lately and I’ve been feeling so many negative emotions being pushed at me that I feel a need for a release~ would you care to join me? Knowing these tell tales about ourselves can also help us stay on top of our mental health, because sometimes we downplay how we feel or think we’re doing fine.
