Read on for the recipe. :) So, I saw this recipe on Pinterest, thought it looked amazing and clicked through to the creator's blog post to see how to make it. Unfortunately there was (and still is) something wrong with their website and it won't display any pages. Mr. Herbivore, being the tech savvy dude he is, told me I can still view the recipe by accessing the cached file. (Which is what you're going to have to do if you want to view the recipe - I don't want to list it here and risk a copyright infringement, sorry.) To access the recipe, search 'Simply The Best Vegan Cheesecake' in Google and it's the search result(s) by a blog called An Ode to Mung Beans. Click on the little green arrow that sits next to the blog post's URL in the search result and select 'cached'. Voila! You can now access the page and recipe.
