ASMR Headache/Migraine RELIEF | Slow, Dark, & Quiet Triggers Using ACUPRESSURE & MASSAGE

Tonight’s video is a request from one of our family members, where I dim the lighting down in the video for those who suffer with severe headaches or migraines. It’s never truly been explained why people suffer from such bad migraines, or cluster headaches.. and some don’t want to deal with using pills to treat it. ASMR in my opinion is an incredible option in healing and relaxation, so I hope this video will do its justice. I will be slowly whispering for the first half of the video, with slow hand movements and brushing on some arm nets. After about twelve minutes, I’ll begin some facial massage and acupressure to help relieve pain and finish with using the point end of a comb to run through your hair to induce sleep. So please!!
