The baklava was mostly eyeballed, I very roughly followed my grandma's recipe Butter Filo dough The filling: crushed walnuts, 1 egg white, tablespoon of sugar The syrup: 2 parts sugar to 1 part water + some lemon juice and lemon zest Egg yolk wash before baking The Sharlotka: • Easy Sharlotka Apple Cake Recipe Russian D...
