You know those recipes that float around the internet claiming to be the 'best' what-have-you? Well, this is one such recipe where the title of 'best' is wholeheartedly accurate. Created by Shannon Martinez and Mo Wyse of the highly acclaimed vegan restaurant, Smith & Daughters (in Melbourne, Australia), it's a must-try for vegans and non-vegans alike. Since discovering their recipe last week, I've already made (and devoured!) it on three separate occasions. Now I'm wondering if I should book myself a trip to Melbourne for the sole purpose of making my way through every single item on the menu at Smith & Daughters. (Lol, dramatic much?)
