I've had the ingredients for this dish sitting in my fridge/freezer for a while now, so, on a particularly cold and drizzly Saturday, I decided to pull them out and make myself some yummy and warming comfort food. To make this vegan chicken parm I used Quorn brand vegan chicken schnitzels, red Leicester vegan cheese slices by the brand Sheese, some jarred Napoletana pasta sauce and some fresh parsley to garnish. Of course, no chicken parm would be complete without a generous serving of fries (at least that's how I remember eating this dish when I'd dine at pubs and restaurants in my younger years) so I've loaded up my board with some store-bought potato fries which I baked in the oven until nice and crispy. Unfortunately their crispiness diminished by the time I started filming. :( As always, thank you for watching! ❤️
