# 132 - *Soft Spoken* The Tudors Sleep Relaxation

Hey guys :) This is the second video in the series of "Time Travel" relaxation videos I will continue to produce. Each video will be based on a specific time period, location or events in the past or future, sometimes based on historical facts or sometimes fiction. Many thanks to those of you who requested this time period, a glamorous era that encompasses one of the most exciting periods in English History. I hope I managed to make it relaxing enough for you to enjoy it while capturing the spirit of those unforgettable times. In this video, you will experience what it feels like to live in the Tudors period in England. You will be guided into a relaxed state through various visualisations and based on real events and items used during the Tudors period. We will start our journey in a coronation fit for the future ruler of the kingdom. After exchanging vows, you will enjoy a magnificent feast held in your name, enjoying beautiful renaissance music while you eat a selection of hearty food prepared for you. You will watch a noble lady sing for you, then find yourself galloping across the sands of your shores, enjoying nature's wonder and finally ending the session hoping to fall asleep while receiving a head massage in the middle of your peaceful royal gardens. The main purpose of the visualisation is to make you feel in a totally different era, by describing the surroundings, structures, related objects and customs of the time and it's people. Hope this will relax you by letting you escape the realities of your life and let you experience a unique kind of relaxation as you fall asleep feeling calm, peaceful and reborn.
