Hi friends! I haven’t uploaded in a while due to me being overwhelmed and very stressed out by school. The only thing that’s been keeping me from having a breakdown has been watching ASMR videos. That being said, I found that during the school year, my favorite types of videos are those that include positive affirmations. So I decided to make a little video giving you lots of personal attention while repeating “it’s okay” and similar phrases. I know we all have our highs and lows, and I hope this video makes you feel better or relaxes you if you’re feeling down. I hope you enjoy, and thank you for watching!
