ASMR Pop Reiki, Inspired by Bjork

Pulling inspiration from Bjork and an interview I saw when I was back in highschool, this session is about adaptability, feeling comfortable in crowds, for starseeds or anyone for that matter who feels out of their element. To help us bring awareness and empowerment to a situation and act from that place. This would be great for panic attacks as well. I wish I could find the interview for you to see, but it really made an impression on me when I was feeling like an outsider, which feels like most of my life.
