Good evening! Tonight I've prepared an ASMR session to make you super relaxed and help you fall deep asleep, designed for those days when it's past your bed time and you really need to sleep! The video starts with a guided relaxation which includes some guided breathing to help you calm down and relax your body, as well as help ease any anxiety (anxiety relief through breathing). Then there's some gentle ear to ear triggers such as cork scratching, cork tapping and fluffy microphone cover sounds to distract you and relax you until you drift off to sleep. This video is fully in ear to ear whispering, close up to the microphone and in very crisp quality. As usual, there's 2 versions, first version includes some soothing meditation music, and video then repeats with voice only so you can choose which you prefer. This video is designed so that you can just listen to the ASMR with your eyes closed, to more easily drift off to sleep!
