Grounding Exercise (Method 2)

Another reading from The 7 Healing Chakra's by Brenda Davies. I will most likely be reading more entries as she has numerous guided meditations that i would also like to listen to as well as record and share for other people in the world looking to have some nice shiny Chakra's Leave me a comment on if you like my Video and any improvements that i could make. JW: Do you guys prefer Slide shows, Stagnant images or video during your meditations on youtube? I know people close their eyes (like myself) but i am aware some people meditate with their eyes open so i would like to create a nice visual experience as well. I Wish i had a nice area to film but its currently snowing so that might be a theme if i decide to go with making the actual videos. I am Officially on SoundCloud!
