I'm very happy you're here :) Driving over an hour to find this open Ethiopian restaurant was so worth it! By the way this was my very first time trying Ethiopian food. Food in Ethiopia is served on a large, circular, metal platter called Gebeta, where the injera is placed Then, on top goes the different curries, stews or veggies.
