ASMR Writing The Thoughts in My Head

Hello my lovely little family... Warning for those of you who didn't watch my last video.. the words I read are a bit harsh. This isn't uplifting. The sounds of the writing are nice, and if you don't want to find out the words, stop listening once I stop writing and show the page that says: "Thoughts in My Head". -and my video is flipped and I couldn't flip it to make it easy for you to read.. so I whisper what I wrote. I am sorry for breaking down in the end. I tried keeping it together. When I struggle with depression, these are just a few of the words that scream at me as I visualize everything breaking inside my mind. The words differ depending on what causes the depression.
