Hi everyone, welcome to today's guided deep breathing video with slow, hypnotic hand movements. Throughout this video, I will be prompting you to "breathe in, breathe out" with soft whispers, as well as taking those deep breaths together with you. Slow & varied hand movements accompany the rhythm of our breathing, and I change them up every few breaths to keep your visual triggers fresh and relaxing. As always, the pacing of my breathing and hand movements are slow to calm your mind.
