ASMR Scalp Check with Bad Results (Lice Check, Scalp Treatment, Hair Wash) Medical Roleplay

Today I will be giving you a detailed scalp check at your home as you are complaining of a very sore and itchy scalp. I find that you have 2 big red sores and a lice infestation as well as your scalp psoriasis and extreme dandruff but don't worry I will treat it for you. Firstly I check your scalp very gently and immediately see that you have a lice infestation. I start removing some of your dry skin and extreme dandruff and then apply the first part of your lice treatment and massage it gently to distribute it evenly. I then check your scalp and find that you have 2 big red sores so I apply some numbing balm so that you don't feel any pain and help relieve it. I check the rest of your scalp and then I apply part two of your lice treatment which is a medicated hair wash. I spray your hair with water first and then apply the lice shampoo and lather it up and leave it to work for about 10 minutes. After I rinse it I start to detangle it with my comb and then apply a leave in conditioning spray as your hair feels really dry especially your ends. I then finish detangling your hair with my comb and use my lice comb to comb your hair and remove all of the dead lice. I then apply a medicated and antiseptic cream onto your red sores to help them heal and relieve it too. I then apply an oil based scalp treatment all over your scalp for your scalp psoriasis to help relieve it and as a protective barrier as it needs more attention. I then give you a small scalp massage to distribute it evenly and finish by combing your hair.
